Why did I get an email from ovo saying I need to have at least 14 weekday readings, so do not qualify last month even though I can see 18 weekday, listing of Half hourly readings, for the month?
Whoops! subject error, couldn't edit, sorry!
Yes, Tricia. I imagine that this is exactly the same situation that I am experiencing. OVO tell me that the Smart Meter is working for their billing - until the question of power save crops up. Then they, apparently, don’t have sufficient data.
My Smart Meter was installed over three years ago and the ‘front end’ meter has never worked for me. OVO ‘engineers’ came and changed-out both meters and gave me another screen. Same situation, no data at all on my screen. As OVO said that they had enough for billing, I gave up at that point. As you say, Grrrr
Hi Tricia,
If it’s any consolation, we’ve got the same problem with accessing the half-hourly breakdown information. Very frustrating to say the least.

Hello Tricia,
Not sure what system you are on but with V2G (not sure about V2H) I can access the half hourly data on my OVO account and also by using the Kaluza App I can download my history for every half hour since the scheme began. The OVO tells me the overall half hourly, daily and monthly usage and the Kaluza app tells me how much I’ve imported to the car, exported to the grid and exported to the home.

Thanks for the responses. Panic stations over! Over the course of today OVO has gradually 'found' the missing data . Not good though because the last two days I missed the 6.5% target! Must do better - that makes 5 days I've missed so far this month. Keeping my utility bills low is a bit of a 'thing' with me even though I don't really have to!!
Hey
Glad to here the team have been able to find the data. Feel free to pop back anytime if you’ve every got any other problems or questions.

Missing target on a few days is not a disaster, each PM runs for a month so lower peak usage on other days can make it up again.
Especially now that weekend use is all counted as off-peak.
I’ve had days when I’ve been over 20% (Usually a Friday cooking Fish and Chips in peak)..
I’ve always still managed the maximum reward each month though.
