Using IT systems to work for OVO and including FIT tariff holders as customers

Heres an idea - give fit tariff customers the same access as energy users to customer support, AND make the transfer of ownership 12 page form into a 6 page form by not repeating questions and making it intuitive and make it clear if a name is required or a signature, and/or a date. Also prepopulate the name and address fields and reference, where that information is known.

Anyone think this is a good idea?

Hi @kazasid ,

Part of this has been asked about previously and is unlikely to happen at this time.

OVO only has a small number of FiT customers on its books and the last time I asked, this wasn’t enough to justify putting development resources into building online services as there’s not enough customers to benefit/justify doing so. This may change if the numbers increase… But I get the feeling it’ll never be by enough...

If this changes in future we’ll update this ‘idea’ 😊
