Had a hypervolt pro 3 installed yesterday. I am having trouble with the OVO charge app, trying to add my telephone number when I enter the return text 6 digit code it’s always saying wrong. I’ve rebooted my iPhone. I shall try ringing but just wondering if anybody has had this issue? Without I can seem to get the cheaper rates, the account information is correct.

I had a email back which means nothing to me so a phone call what to do.
It appears there are currently two separate accounts set up:
- One account is linked to your phone number ending in ????, but this account is not linked to your OVO account
- A second account is linked through your Apple account, and this is the account connected to your OVO account
If you would like to add your phone number to the account linked with your OVO profile, the original account linked to your phone number would first need to be deleted.
You can do this by logging out of the 2nd account, and logging back into the first to delete it.
