power move reward

I have checked my power move reward app few days ago and got 2 reward and saying I am doing a partial month? But I did have 8 reward and I have signed up a year ago. I Can't get any answer from  ovo.

Basically it is saying I have just joined when I have joined a year ago.

No, it isn't saying anything about when you joined - it's just saying that you have only earned 1 entry into the draw this month.

Each month is a new, different, month so what you earned before in other months is not carried over.

PS. About those “No data” days.

We have been discussing them on another thread because a few of us are seeing exactly the same days. We have been told that the team do in fact have the data, but for some reason it's not showing on that chart. (So you may still have 2-entries even if it's not saying that right now).

Hi,

I still don't know what's going on as a few days before I had 8 entries but now 1 entries and have not just join as I joined last year.

I’m not sure why you are being show that blue information symbol, and the new starter information.

As I noted above we are aware that there is an issue with that data chart this month, but the PM team say that they do have all the data.

There have been a few hiccups with the dashboard displaying the data, but the actual data collection is running smoothly. They’re on it and working to fix the issue.

That’s how I found out about ‘no data’ days in my account… But, if I remember correctly, all unsent data due to the signal issues is being saved and sent away when the signal is back. Technically, all the usage data is being received, just not always on the scheduled times. 

Speaking about the entries it looks like there is some error. According to the info from my account 8.2% falls into the 5–10 entries range. Looking at the “How your first month works” info, it looks that for some reason it thinks that Andrew just joined the scheme. Particularly, his last two days from his chart does look like 1 entry.
