Power Move not updating?

I had problem with Power Move app last month with vanishing prize entries. It was sorted out while the monthly lottery was delayed. 

Related thing seems to be happening this month. My Power Move app hasn't updated since Frid 22nd. It usually updates daily. It shows that I'm on track for 13 entries. But last 4 days are missing.

Anyone else having similar?

My smart meter is working fine. My account is set to half hour readings.

Mine is the same, nothing since the 22nd.

Personally I'll blame the Bank Holiday weekend and not bother too much about it.

Sat and Sun are ‘no peak’ days, and usage on BH Monday isn't counted at all.

They will add the Sat, Sun, and Tues figures soon even if it isn't showing yet in the app.

I’m missing a couple of days (‘No data’) for the first time ever. There was a wee hiccup in my meter readings on the 21st, so perhaps there has been a bit of upheaval in data retrieval. So long as there are (I think) 14 days of data for the month, you’ll still be included in the draw. And the team have in the past made efforts to retrieve the missing data before finalizing the month’s results.

Perhaps ​@Chris_OVO or somebody could confirm or refute my hazy ‘14-day’ memory ...

I’ve passed this along to Ash in our Power Move team. He’s looking into it right now, and we’re hoping to have some answers for you soon. Thanks for your patience and I’ll keep you updated as soon as I have more information.

Nothing since 22 May for me. The weekend is showing, but not the bank holiday or the days since then.

Thanks ​@Firedog, let's keep an eye on things today and see if we get any updates! Ash shared that his info shows the 26th after the bank holiday, so it might just be a small delay in the data coming through. I’ll touch base with everyone at the end of the day to see how we’re all doing.

No change since my earlier reply. No ‘No data’ bar for the 26th, and data for the 27th are presumably late as usual!

I’m missing a couple of days (‘No data’) for the first time ever. 

Mmm, I also have a few “no data” days showing for this month, although the data has been on my web portal each day (I copy it to my spreadsheet everyday).

Interesting to note that my 3 no-data days are the same as 3 of yours, surely not a coincidence but indicative of an issue at DDC or OVO rather than with our meters.

Good morning, everyone! How’s everything looking today? I’m happy to hear that ​@Isthisworthit  is all caught up which is great news.

 

@Firedog and ​@Nukecad, I chatted with Ash about the days with no data. He found that some of the missing data hasn’t made it to the dashboard yet, but no worries, they definitely have everything on their end. He was really helpful and took the time to check for us.

 

There have been a few hiccups with the dashboard displaying the data, but the actual data collection is running smoothly. They’re on it and working to fix the issue. 😊

There has been some progress with my dashboard since last night: ‘No data’ bars have appeared for 25 and 26 May, and a whole green bar for the 27th. I’m not worried yet - but it would be good to know whether the ‘minimum of 14 days’ data’  requirement is still the case ...

Snap, I’m seeing exactly the same on mine.

I’m sure that Ashley and the team will sort things out.

 


Mine is now up to 27th. On track for 13 entries again like last month. Like others my generation, I'm asset-rich and income-poor. Own home, no mortgage, old money brown furniture, couple of valuable paintings on the walls. But the monthly income is scary low until State Pension kicks in next year. 

So at the moment any chance of cutting bills - I'm in. Even £2 a month makes a small dent. And if it means I can buy a reasonable vermouth every so often then that's a bonus. Hope that doesn't sound douche-baggish!


Will Power Move survive the move to E.ON ?

Anyone have any idea on this?
