I have permission from Network Power to install 9 kWp on my roof and they said to contact OVO to let them know. I cannot find where to contact let alone who to contact, is there anyone who can help on this forum.

Hi @Nick Challacombe and welcome to the OVO online community,

Great question to ask this one. I’m guessing you’re referring to an incoming solar panel installation?

As a supplier, we do offer the Smart Export Guarantee which would pay you on a quarterly basis for the excess energy you’re exporting to the grid. You can read more about this and find out how to apply once the installation is complete here.

We’d also recommend checking out the advice our community members have shared on the guide below.

Any more questions you might have on your installation options? Ask away - we’ve got plenty of solar panel owners here happy to help! 🌞

Have you had your panels fitted yet, @Nick Challacombe?

Not yet, I understand that after they are fitted I can then pass the installers information and details to OVO and apply.

Installer awaiting some parts.
