Smart meter showing higher tariff than my plan

The electricity smart meter I had installed Friday is showing a higher tariff and a higher standing charge than my fixed rate. Surely this is incorrect ?
Can someone from OVO please contact me about this and also I want to know why the engineer didn’t install a Gas smart meter. He told my wife that our current meter was incompatible with your smart meter ??

The lack of a response from OVO on my question and that of others (especially the poor family who lost their power this morning) is rather disturbing. Are OVO a 9-5 Mon - Fri company?. You are not doing yourself any favours

I will be interested in a reply to this as I have the same issue when my smart meter was installed on Friday
