My smart meters aren't working, how can I get it sorted?

I am getting estimated meter reading on both gas and electric.
smart meter to gas has never worked because it is too far from electric smart meter
( absolutely rubbish)
Live in a small bungalow.
very difficult to read gas meter as it is in external sunken box is below Floor level with screen not on top as was old meter.
Need this sorting as estimates are miles out
What do I have to do to get it sorted

We're going to need a bit more info than that if we're going to provide an adequate set of answers.

Firstly, could you please fill out your Forum Profile page. That's where I first look because it gives me essential background details, such as whether you're an OVO customer, what tariff you're on etc. (This Forum is open to anyone, not just customers).

Could you then say when you had Smart Meters installed?

And was this by OVO, or another supplier you were with at the time?

I've had Smart Meters installed at my own house on 11th March. They too are not yet fully functional, and you can read a bit more about the reasons for this on this other thread here.
