My smart meter doesn't communicate - how am I meant to submit my readings?

Hello,

Please can you switch the function back on in My Ovo, so that people with smart meters with delayed communications can leave their readings. Seeing the message 'no need to leave a reading as you have smart meters' is rather pointless if the meter isn't doing it's job. You need to let people have the option rather than us having to call or email you.
I don't want another estimated bill.

That's a very valid point, @Gardenerflo

I've spoken to the Smart team and they've advised that we can remove a 'flag' from your account which will update your My OVO. This means that you'll then be able to submit your readings manually online or on the app.

So we can get this updated for you, send us a PM on Facebook with your full name, DoB and account number - https://www.facebook.com/ovoenergy. Alternatively, you can contact the team on 0330 303 5063.
