I've just upgraded to a Samsung S10 and now when I open the app and select the option to enter my meter readings, the keyboard does not appear. Short press, long press nothing seems to make a difference. The rest of the screen responds to input, so I can press submit, cancel, help, torch, but the phone isn't recognising the input field and bringing up the keyboard.
Has anyone else experienced this? Not having a problem in any other app. Latest app version.

Hi @tribpot and @100272177 thanks for flagging this to us. We've identified an issue with some Android devices (we also had some app reviews that highlighted this too) so we've hopefully now resolved this.
You might need to uninstall and reinstall the app to get this working again. Please let us know how you get on!
