Can you view usage graphs online for SMETS2 meters?

I had SMETS2 smart meters installed last month, have been waiting for the usage data to start trickling in to view online in MyOvo and have just been informed that the graphs are incompatible with SMETS2 meters, I will be unable to view data and must use my IHD instead (which incidentally is broken). Is this information correct?

Very good question @insano10.

SMETS2 meters are still very new so we're still in the early stages of rolling them out and making sure they're up and running.

We're currently working through any issues that we've run into with software etc and one of these things is that the usage doesn't currently link to My OVO.

After seeking some advice from our specialist SMETS2 team, they'd advised that if you PM me your details (full name, DoB and account number) they can look into this further to try and pinpoint where the issue might be coming from.

Hope this helps,
Lucy

Did you get this issue resolved? Can you see your graphs / info on MyOvo yet? I'm interested in getting a Smart Meter but only want a SMETS2 - but happy to wait until the majority of issues are ironed out.
Unfortunately not. Given that I couldn't view usage data on the ihd or the website I got my meter downgraded back to a smets1 one in the end. Complete shame and waste of resources but had to be done as the experience is so poor.

The smets1 meter is fine though and apparently only requires a software update to be compatible with the Smets2 system so I would go for that if I were you. Its so nice to be able to see the granular usage its worth upgrading from a 'dumb' meter.
Thanks for getting back to me with such a detailed answer.
