SMETS2 meters are still very new so we're still in the early stages of rolling them out and making sure they're up and running.
We're currently working through any issues that we've run into with software etc and one of these things is that the usage doesn't currently link to My OVO.
After seeking some advice from our specialist SMETS2 team, they'd advised that if you PM me your details (full name, DoB and account number) they can look into this further to try and pinpoint where the issue might be coming from.
