My throw is on the way once they start going out.
I turned down the specialist advice though, as I’m in tons of credit anyway and there’s not much that they’d be able to do for me anyway. Being a forum volunteer, I can solve my own problems anyway, so I’d rather let the team focus on members who actually would benefit from specialist help.

That information isn’t available I’m afraid. It’ll be by whatever method OVO determines most suitable.

i have been accepted for free electric throw like you be nice too know what company are delivering them as i get scam emails regarding cant deliver a parcel.
An email has started to go out today with a status update.
To prevent scammers and other malicious actors from getting ideas, I won’t reveal much about what it said. What I can reveal however, is that the process of shifting all the free stuff through the warehouse and getting it out the door has started - you should get your package by the end of the month.
OVO will keep you posted directly and any further updates will come from an official OVO owned email address.
I applied for the free electrical throw via website I have had an email stating they can't find my account number on their system but I have put the correct details in I have tried phoning them and all my details are correct as anyone else had this problem and wot did you do pleaseÂ

After phoning boost I explained everything and after 1.30mins they said my application has gone through for thr free electric thro so will see if it comesÂ
I had the same. I've tried to contact them and had no throw yet. My Mum who applied after me and lives on an island in Scotland has recieved hers already. Very confusing. Worried it might have not been sent or that the courier company might not deliver as if its Evri delivering then I have no chance they are losing lots of parcels :(Â
Please let us know if you receive it I know there is a lot of applications but it's not fare that you can't get through to anyone who knows anything it's just a waiting game isn't it we will probably get them in summer lolÂ
As far as I’m aware, they are all currently being sent out. If you haven’t received the throw yet, try sending an email to ovothrow@purplechameleon.co.uk . Purple Chameleon are sending these throws out on OVO’s behalf, so they might be able to check the status for you.
