Why is my meter reading not accepted?
Hi, first time posting, so hope you can help. I've been trying to submit my meter reading since yesterday (it's due date), but when I press submit it the screen goes blank then a line of dashes. My readings for last month started 09, but this month start 10. Any help gratefully received.
