Your readings will go up monthly if you're using gas or electric, you need to check the units - are your statements showing more units of gas is being used now than in the winter?
If you've got smart meters, we'll receive readings automatically so you don't have to send them.
If you don't have smart meters, you'll need to submit regular readings so you're only billed for the energy you use. If readings aren't being submitted regularly, we'll estimate them and this could mean we're estimating too low or too high.
