Unable to access Economy Energy account to see final bill - can you help?

Economy Energy e mailed me last week to say my final bill was available in my account with them, but every time I try to log in I just get an error message. Have e mailed them but they haven’t replied. If I can’t access this account, how am I supposed to know what my final bill from them is, or whether they say I am in debit or credit?

We should get sent a copy of this too, so it might be worth getting in touch with our team. You can  give us a ring (0330 303 5063), or send us a message on FacebookTwitter or webchat via the Help Centre, with your account number, full name and DoB and we can look into this for you.
