And why my monthly payments have increased without my approval?
Also I have received email asking me to switch to direct debit although I have paid via Direct Debit for over a year.

The My OVO page goes live once the switch process completes. This can take up to 6 weeks, as the change over readings are agreed and rubber stamped!
If it’s been longer then 6 weeks, there might be an issue, so send an email and ask them to make your page go fully "live". If you’d prefer to do it over social media, you can send a message to their Facebook, Twitter and the Help centre has online chat!
