My IHD has gone blank after a power cut - how can I fix this?

The electricity went off in my house last night and it's affected the smart meter reading equipment.  It now says waiting for current data?  I can't seem to find any details on how to reset this, can you help please.  Thank you.

Hi @Kate Faccenda,

Sounds like you mean the IHD (In Home Display).

The power cut likely cut the connection to the meters, and it’ll need to be repaired.

If you give the team a call on 0330 303 5063 between 8am and 6pm on weekdays, they’ll be able to open the network and guide you through the process.

Kate, so the IHD (In Home Display) says it’s waiting for current data?

 

Before calling the team, you could just try moving it nearer to your electricity meter and see if that sorts it.
