I've moved house, I need to cancel my account. No option for this on the website, the phone lines are closed. I need this account closing, or I will just cancel my direct debit. How can I do this.

I have no idea, following this thread as I'm in same predicament!
Any FAQ just takes me back to a page where it asks for meter readings, which can't be done for this month yet. Pathetic.
Ditto. I even attempted the online contact form which when you submit takes you back to FAQs, no message to say it has sent. 🙄

Just switched this morning thinking it was the best deal then my flatmate told me about a different supplier and we wish to continue with them. Can I cancel my switch before it goes through. Thanks
