I've been changed to an Economy 7 tariff, has this happened to anyone else?

It appears Ovo has changed my details to Economy 7. I have never had this since living in my house!

I have informed Ovo and they said they would change it but so far havnt!

Just wondering if this had happened to anyone else?

Hi @Sally g - It sounds like you might have smart meters that have incorrectly set up as 2 rate meters in the transfer to us.

How's the progress with this? If you still need help let us know!
