Email asking for meter reading, however, when clicking the link I see "switch on hold" and cannot access the meter reading section of the page. Not a great first look for a new customer...

@HBungalow If you are unable to do this online. I would recommend you call OVO and provide your meter readings. This may help things to move along more smoothly.
