You can ask for a refund if your balance is £25 – or more – higher than one month’s Direct Debit.
I am very concerned, £525 left my OVO account over 10 days ago bu is not in my bank account, much like others here I was told that there was a problem with the bank transfer, but it was on its way. I need the money!
There is a error we are aware of, @Elsie, that has delayed some refunds that were issued around the 7th or 8th of the month, the refund should reach your bank account by the 26th of this month.
