SSE to OVO - Will my last payment to SSE be transferred in to my OVO account?

I have mistakenly made a payment to SSE instead of to OVO. I have contacted SSE, and they have told me to contact OVO. I don't know how OVO will be able to help, because the payment is in SSE's account.

Hey @Mikejar58 !

Don’t panic, this is actually a pretty easy fix. If you call 0345 0260 712 you should get through to the team handling recently migrated SSE customers. Let them know what happened and they’ll try to trace the payment. If they’re able to locate it, they’ll force it through the system and attach it to your OVO account. It’s something they’ve gotten pretty good at doing!

If necessary, they’ll also be able to touch base with SSE’s teams on your behalf as well. It’s easier this way.
