My account has been moved from SSE to OVO and it shows the wrong bill

I was moved from SSE to OVO and now it shows that £594 as migrated balance on the bill I have received recently. Why does it show £594 as migrated balance? I have paid and cleared all the bills from before, so why do I have £594+the recent bill in debit?

Hey @ObidurRahman,

 

Sorry for the issues you’re having,

 

It sounds like this was caused by the final meter reading SSE billed you to. If this reading is out of line with the actual reading(s) on your meter, you may be eligible for a reading dispute.
