How can I view both my SSE accounts once they've moved to OVO?

Does anyone have more than one metre at their address. If so, how do you have both meters showing in the app?

I had this when I was a member of SSE.


recently transferred over, not of my own doing!

Hi @ChrisJ and welcome to the OVO online community,


Sounds like you’ve recently joined us from SSE.


Just to clarify, as you mention having multiple meters, are these meters linked to the same Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN)? If these meters are linked to separate supplies it’s likely that they’re linked to separate SSE accounts so might join us at slightly different points.


Once both SSE accounts have been moved to OVO you’ll be able to switch between each account on the OVO app, more details on this in the topic below.

It's two separate feeds I believe (wouldn't swear to it) as they have different number on the meter. I'll wait to see when I get notification when the work has been completed at the OvO end, with both accounts in one place!
