Hi, I've recently joined and have been told i have failed a credit check, please can you advise why this would be and what i can do! I can't afford the money they are requesting for the deposit. But can't see a reason why i would have failed. I have recently bought the property that i am trying to get energy supplied to.
Please help!!!

Unfortunately it's not OVO that carry out the credit check. We pass this onto a third party, and we're not told the reasons for the credit score, we're simply passed the score. You can get your own credit report on the
Experian website.
