Why has only my electric been switched when I gave readings for both?

Just rejoined OVO and as so often happens only half of the job is done. Gave meter readings as asked but only the electricity account has been changed, so reading of the gas meter was pointless. Next time I will ask for a guarantee that both accounts are changed over on the same date, then customers can easily check they are not being charged twice. Silly me though, that could never happen could it.

Not impressed so far.
