When a customer switches, it takes between 4-6 weeks for this to be completed. It then takes a further 4-6 weeks for the opening meter readings to be checked over and passed back to each supplier. This may be what’s happened here as both the gas and electricity reading can be sent back at different times. If this is the case, leave it until the 8th June before contacting the team to chase, as it might still be in progress!
