I accidentally renewed onto the 2 Year Fixed tariff, can I cancel it?

I was just looking at the options I have with prices going up and accidentally clicked to sign up to the new 2 year fixed tariff. I didn't mean to, my finger touched it while scrolling and that was it! Please say I can undo this without phoning?

That's an odd thing to do, @Sirrah.

You'll have a 14 day cooling off period, so this is something we should be able to cancel.

There's a two options -
1. You can email the team and ask them to cancel. The address you need is hello@ovoenergy.com.

2. You could send us a message on Facebook or Twitter, you'll just need to confirm your name, DoB and account number.
