If there's a fault with your gas meter we should be out pretty swiftly to get it replaced. If it's a problem with signal or communication between the smart meters, you'd likely have been placed on a waiting list for an appointment. We'd expect our engineers to get in touch with yout within 6-8 weeks to arrange a date.
