My gas meter is off supply, what should I do?

We have no gas supply due to a broken smart meter this has been checked by a service engineer who has told me to contact my energy supply. Is there an emergency number I can call?

Have you managed to get this sorted, @a.barber? If you're still off supply please call our Customer Care team ASAP on 0330 303 5063 they're available Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.
