Meter exchange leaves me unable to top up

Help ! I took a call from OVO saying they wish to install new meter due to ones I have being harder for them to read , I booked a slot some 6 weeks away. I got the standard text this morning to top up current meter but when I go to my usual app it simply states awaiting meter exchange - top up using key cards (which I don’t have) !!!

Sounds like you've got a Pay as you go account. We've got a dedicated forum for PAYG customers here: https://forum.boostpower.co.uk/
