I want to book an appointment to have a smart meter installed. Every time I try to do so, the website says I already have an appointment - for that particular day, at that exact hour I'm on the website.
I do not particularly want to call customer services and lose the discount on my account, when the fault lies with Ovo. Unsure of what to do next.

As the fault is with OVO systems you shouldn't loose your SSR
