I have recently changed over my gas supply to ovo. Already changed my electric and have a smart meter for tbis. However i have not yet been able to get an installation date for a smart gas meter. When would i be able to get one fitted. Can you please help
@Mattj3135 is spot on with this. The Care team can help book an appointment, but they'll first need to check if there's any reason the meter couldn't be fitted in the first place. It might just be that you haven't grabbed a free slot yet, or there's not enough engineer in your area.
