Can anyone tell me how to change my smart meter installation date (which incidentally is at a different time to that agreed on the call)? I've just spent 20 minutes searching the website and all it says is that you have to let OVO know if you need to change the date but no clue how to do that!

I would recommend that you either
- email customer services at email@example.com
- fill in the online form at the foot of this page
That gives them a written instruction which can be forwarded internally to the relevant person. The email option means that you also retain a copy with a time/date stamp so you know when you made contact.
