Why is my app not updating since moving to Boost?

After a top up, the app used to up date its balance, and the last updated time.

This does not happen now.

Also lots of times, the time frame needed to top up on show the wrong number.

This morning I knew the balance was running low, so topped up £5 at 645am (ish)

I then checked the app at 7.41 am



I closed fully the app. Left it a minute, then reopened.



What the heck is going on with my account, and why cant i get a balance I can reply on.
