Any way she asked if we can change to monthly from pay as you go. And they said we have to leave ovo to go to another company, and then re join later.
To me this sounds bloody daft, and not good business sense from ovo, by telling your customers to go elsewhere for a year or 2.
So is this true or was we informed by a crap member of staff who don't no what there talking about.
