This does not happen now.
Also lots of times, the time frame needed to top up on show the wrong number.
This morning I knew the balance was running low, so topped up £5 at 645am (ish)
I then checked the app at 7.41 am
I closed fully the app. Left it a minute, then reopened.
What the heck is going on with my account, and why cant i get a balance I can reply on.
