Why has my tariff changed?

I recently switched to Ovo (in November), choosing the 100% renewable electricity and 50% green Gas tariff option. This was confirmed to me by email, and the direct debit cost was also confirmed.

However, if I view my account today, it is showing a 33% renewable electricity tariff, at the same direct debit cost. I am also receiving emails from Ovo suggesting that I upgrade to 100% renewable electricity at an additional cost.

I did not request any change to my tariff. I would like my original tariff reinstated.

This would require the assistance of the Customer Care team @Andy P as they'll need to look into your account to see what's gone on here.
