Where is the option to switch to 100% green?

I'd like to spend the extra fiver, but the option seems to be missing

Either that or I'm just overlooking something obvious.

I'm following the advice on this page:

https://www.ovoenergy.com/green-energy

which leads me to a section:

"If you're already with us"

And a button:

"Go Green Now" : https://paym.ovoenergy.com/green-addon

But there's no option to "go green" on the page that leads to.

So, what am I missing, please?

Welcome to the forum, @harpingon.

You'll be able to add the green add on via your MyOVO account, click on the "offers&upgrades" tab and it should be there for you.

No, that doesn't help. There is no such "Offers & Upgrades" tab.

Nope. Apparently it's because I'm on some sort of 'New' system, and the green add on is only available to those on the 'Old' system. I risked my bonus by calling someone today [yes, I know, you're getting rid of that too].

I'm leaving anyway, so it doesn't really matter. Thanks

Apparently according to the guy on the phone, it's (yet) another issue between those on the "old" system, and those on the "new". Got fed up and chose to leave.
