Hello,

I was first told I had an Economy 7 meter but I have now been told I have an Economy 10 meter. The actual meter has a sticker stating Economy 7.
Please could you tell me when my off peak hours are?
I've been told 3 different schedules and would like clarification.

Hi @kggkgg,

I've moved your post over here where you can find more information about Eco7 times.

@Hall - please send your MSN to the team on Facebook who will be able to look this up for you: m.me/ovoenergy

Thanks
Hi there
I have an OVO Energy account and live in Hackney, London, N16 . There is a dual electricity meter which reads low (night) and high (daytime) tarifs. In addition, I have a timer to set when the electricy can come on and off in my flat. My meter serial number is L74A02167.

Can someone inform what the peak and off-peak hours are so I can set this up. Also is this BST or GMT or whether it makes no difference as the meter automatically makes allowances for the changes? Thank you.

This has been answered on another topic, @JeffC.
Hi, I have an Economy 7 tariff. When I asked your helpline for the timings they said 00:00 through 07:00 was the night tariff. This morning, I happened to be near the IHD and I saw that the tariff changed at 08:00. Is this because the tariff is always at GMT and I will have to make allowance for BST myself?

During BST your off peak times would be between 1am and 8am! Sorry this wasn't made clear over the phone, @ledborough.
Hi there

I have an economy 7 tariff. My meter serial number is [removed]. Please could you let me know my peak and off peak hours and whether this is for both BST and GMT or if I need to factor that change in myself?

Thanks

Hi @Vivalasilburn,

I've edited out your MSN for security purposes. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an entry for it on the national database. Could you send me a PM with your address and post code, or MPAN instead?

Cheers

Hi @Anand

Your off peak times are:

Midnight to 5am

1pm to 4pm

8pm to 10pm

These times are accurate as of now, but will shift forward one hour during BST.

Hope this helps!

Hello, my meter number is S8728898, could you tell me the times for Economy 7? Thanks!
