My standing charge price is different on my app compared to my renewal letter - why?

I have just renewed my energy with ovo. The standing charge I have on my plan on the app is different to the one they have given me when sending out my email of my future yearly costs!

The difference between the rates could be the 5% VAT, @Mclek5!
