Hello, I am having trouble with SSE bills atm and getting nowhere with complaints procedure , they have hit me with a big catch up bill out of nowhere they have also sent me estimated bills constantly when i have sent them correct readings .
I came on here to see if i should of moved to OVO by now as i have had no emails or letters at all saying .

Yes you should have I have a letter dated 25th May 2022 when the move was done.

A far as I am aware the moves from SSE to OVO have been phased due to the numbers of customers involved. There is a guide on the forum about that.
I am in the same boat. We moved here in September and the electricity was with SSE. So we got caught in the changeover which has been made more complicated because we also have solar panels. I am waiting to hear whether we have been changed over for months!
