According to information I have read online it says the Self Service Reward for Dual fuel customers is £15 per quarter. I have been credited with £14.29.
If I send an email to query this, I will loose my next quarter reward !!!!

Can anybody help

I would assume its £15 - 5% VAT

I think take the VAT before the credit is added to your main balance, so that you pay less tax overall!

What are you talking about? Nobody has shared their credit card details here. Of course that advice is always good to remember but hardly relevant to this conversation.

The Self Service Reward (SSR) is £30 per fuel per year, but this includes VAT, so is misleading. The "reward" from Ovo is £28.57 per fuel per year and the remaining £1.43 is due to not paying VAT on the "reward".
My bill/statement for January 2019 shows the SSR for October, November and December 2018, as £14.29. I think that Ovo calculates the SSR on a daily basis i.e. £28.57 divided 365 equals 7.829p per day per fuel. October to December 2018 is 92 days multiplied by 7.829p equals £7.20, £14.40 for dual fuel.
Can someone from Ovo explain the difference between £14.29 and £14.40?

I'm not sure if the 'Best Answer' is correct or not, can someone from OVO please clarify?

I looked through my statements for the last 3 years and my SSR doesn't make any sense, here is what I've calculated as having received:

Nov 15 - Nov 16 = £60.25 (overpaid by 25p)

Nov16 - Nov 17 = ££52.94 (short by £7.06)

Nov 17 - Nov 18 = £59.62 (short by 38p)

I'm currently awaiting a response from a PM on this one, I've lost trust in OVO lately to manage my bills correctly. Transactions to and from my account should be clear, they're anything but!!
