Online Discount and the Customer Support team - how does it work?

If I choose online only and save money, does this mean that I will be unable to contact customer support if I have a problem?

The great news is regardless of whether you have an online only account or not you can reach the wonderful customer care team based in Bristol via any one of their contact channels. That being said i do hope you do not need to contact the customer service team for any issues.

Good question - I've tweaked the title a bit so others can find the answer to this query further down the line.

As @Mattj3135 mentioned, hopefully you won't need to contact the Care team. But if an issue does crop up, you can certainly, call, email, tweet, Facebook message or reach out on the forum. That online discount is there to reward fixed tariff customers for managing the day to day tasks on the account.
