I tried to refer a friend and it didn't recognise my name or email account, my friend as filled in the forms and request the switch but I now doubt that either of us will see any reward. Can someone tell me why the form refuses to acknowledge and not work on the website.

@Nepner, the OVO team can put the referral through retrospectively, so don’t worry too much if the website isn’t working.
