How the heck do I contact Ovo by email? There is absolutely NOTHING on this website to enable me to do that! Ihave a problem with my account (I am a recent switcher - well 7 weeks ago!), and my account still isn't fully open, and they still have't given my gas reading to the previous supplier to this house. I moved in on 1.7.19 - they have given my electric reading, but not my gas. All I want to do is email them!

Include your full name, DOB and account number. It may take a couple of days for them to reply. They will often ring the number on your account to chat.
