Latest OVO website update

I see the myOVO part of the website has been updated, but the help pages have not been updated to reflect this.

I see there is no longer a way to change direct debit bank details.

I see that if I click the leave feedback link at the top, then click the leave feedback button at the bottom of the next page, nothing happens.

My question is: Should the website have been released to the customers in a half completed state?

I ended up calling them to change bank details. I was assured the full feature set is gradually being added to the new website. Thanks for the link btw.

I have just looked at my Account using myOvo, if you look at the My profile tab, there is an option under My payment details to update bank details.

Can you see this when you login?
Using https://smartpaym.ovoenergy.com/ I see 'This is a new online experience – find out more and give us feedback.' at the top of the screen.

There is no 'my profile' tab, there is an account tab that leads to profile, but it does not have any way to change bank details.

I was not aware of this, I did find this post from a few months ago about the changes to the website for some customers:-
