I received it for the years 2016/17 and 2017/18 but still have not been credited for 2018/19.
My energy company assured me as i was part of their (core group) i would receive it automatically
but so far as of 04/05 2019... nothing.
Has anyone else on the forum had the same problem?

This doesn't sound right, we should have paid all our customers by the end of March, and most core group customers got them much earlier than that.
It'd be worth contacting our Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can have a look into this for you.
