What support is provided by OVO customers to fix a Smart Meter that has a fault that results in power being lost to the home outside OVO’s office hours?

Our phone lines are open from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday: 0330 303 5063. We also have a team on social media that operate from 8am-8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-6pm Friday, and 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. This includes Facebook and Twitter

 

Outside of these hours, if you’re off supply, your local Distribution Network Operator will be able to attend and get you back on supply.
