Sometimes we all need a bit of extra support.

It's useful to know that the Citizens Advice Bureau provide free, confidential and impartial advice on a range of issues including money, benefits, housing or employment problems.

They provide advice online, by phone and at 3,500 different locations across Britain. You can find your local Citizens Advice Bureau here https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/about-us/how-we-provide-advice/advice/search-for-your-local-citizens-advice/

They can help you if you are struggling to pay your energy bills in ways like letting you know if you are eligible for any grants or benefits to help you, budgeting for your energy costs and repayments and helping you understand your bill if you think something isn't right.

If you prefer to call and talk to them, the numbers are here:

  • If you are based in England - 03444 11 14 44
  • If you are based in Wales - 03444 77 20 20

If you've needed extra help and advice and have used the Citizens Advice bureau, it would be great to hear from you.
