It's useful to know that the Citizens Advice Bureau provide free, confidential and impartial advice on a range of issues including money, benefits, housing or employment problems.

They can help you if you are struggling to pay your energy bills in ways like letting you know if you are eligible for any grants or benefits to help you, budgeting for your energy costs and repayments and helping you understand your bill if you think something isn't right.
